ABOUT ME
Who I am
Hi, I'm Ruti and welcome to my website!
I have a Master of Social Work, and I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I was also trained as an expressive arts therapist (M.A.).
I have over 15 years clinical experience as an individual and family therapist, working with parents, children and youth in community mental health agencies. Over the past few years, I have also been working with adults and older adults in private practice. I offer therapy in English and Hebrew, in-person and online.

What I believe in
I believe that our self is influenced by our culture, ethnicity, race and gender, to name a few identities; and that our wellbeing is seeking safety, connection, and trust.
I honour and create space for these qualities and bring my own lived experiences, such as being a queer immigrant parent, to practice. My style is warm and collaborative, and I am a great believer in therapy, having been a client myself.
